  1. Cut the sweet potato in half, without cutting all the way through.
  2. Poke the sweet potato along the cut with a fork.
  3. Brush the cut side of the sweet potato with butter.
  4. Bake in an air fryer or oven for 35 minutes at 200°C.
  5. To prepare the sauce, mix the yogurt and lemon juice.
  6. Finely chop the dill and green onions, and add them to the sauce.
  7. Mince the garlic, add it to the sauce, and mix thoroughly.
  8. Fry the bacon in a dry pan.
  9. Take out the baked sweet potato, add the sauce, and top with the fried bacon.
