Baked Potato Recipe
It is the simplest recipe for rustic potatoes, which has only three main ingredients. This recipe does not contain starch, flour or other ingredients that may contain allergens.
Cooking time: 35-40 minutes
Ingredients:
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 200 °C (392 °F). If your oven has a convection or grill mode, turn it on.
Step 2:
Choose potatoes that have as same size as possible. Wash each potato thoroughly, do not remove the skin.
Step 3:
Cut the potatoes into 4-6 parts. The slices should not differ in size. Place the sliced potatoes in a bowl.
Step 4:
Add 50 ml of olive (sunflower) oil, salt and spices to taste (for example, oregano or garlic) to the potatoes. Mix thoroughly.
We love garlic in all of possible ways, my husband love to add it in almost every dish.
Step 5:
Take a baking sheet, put parchment paper on it. Place the potatoes on the baking sheet in one layer (the potatoes should not lie on each other).
Step 6:
When the oven is heated to 200 °C (392 °F). Place the baking sheet with the potatoes on the middle shelf of the oven. Bake the potatoes for 35-40 minutes (the time depends on the kind of potato).
Step 7:
Once done, your delicious potatoes, with minimal ingredients and no gluten, are ready to be served!!!
