Sweet Potato Brownies

Sweet potato brownies are moist, tender, and incredibly delicious, but they are also healthier than classic versions. Another advantage is that this dessert is gluten-free and lactose-free, making it suitable for those who follow special diets.

Sweet potato not only adds juiciness to the brownies but also provides important vitamins and fiber. Try it and surprise your loved ones with this dessert—the result will definitely not disappoint.

Instructions:

  1. To speed up the process, preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
  2. Bake or boil the sweet potato until cooked. We bake the sweet potato cut in half in the air fryer at 200°C (392°F) for 20-25 minutes. Alternatively, in the oven for 20-25 minutes as well.
  3. Peel the sweet potato. Mash it with a fork or blend it.
  4. Add peanut butter, honey, and cocoa powder to the sweet potato puree. Chop the chocolate into pieces and add it to the mixture. Mix until smooth.
  5. Line a baking dish with parchment paper. Pour the batter into the dish.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
