As you might have guessed from our previous dessert recipes, simplicity is the key feature of our dishes. Today, we're excited to share with you our gluten-free, lactose-free chocolate mousse recipe that’s also hassle-free.
This dessert only requires three main ingredients: chocolate, milk, and butter. In our recipe, you'll find two versions: one with lactose and one that's completely lactose-free. The most important aspect of this dessert is the quality of the chocolate you use, as it directly affects the texture and setting time of the mousse.

- Pour milk into a saucepan, add the chocolate and butter. Melt all the ingredients over low heat, stirring constantly until the mixture is smooth
- Pour the mixture into molds for setting.
- Place the molds in the fridge and leave them overnight to fully set.
- Optionally, garnish with coconut flakes before serving.
