Lactose-Free Ice Cream with Only Three Ingredients

This basic recipe offers thousands of variations. It is based on just two ingredients - plant-based milk and banana. These ingredients are indispensable in this recipe, providing the perfect creamy texture and sweet flavor. If desired, the strawberries can easily be replaced with peaches or any other fruits, berries, creating new, exciting flavors each time.

Our strawberry variation of homemade ice cream is lactose and gluten-free, allowing you to enjoy this beloved dessert without any restrictions.

Ingredients:




Step 1:

Peel the bananas and remove the stems from the strawberries.

Step 2:

Cut the bananas into 6-8 pieces and the strawberries into 2 pieces each.

Step 3:

Place the fruits in the freezer and wait until they are completely frozen. Freezing time depends on the temperature settings of your refrigerator.

Step 4:

Remove the frozen fruits and transfer them to a blender bowl. If you have an ice-crushing attachment, it's better to use it.

Step 5:

Add 100 ml of any plant-based milk.

Step 6:

Blend until smooth consistency.

Step 7(Optional):

Add melted black chocolate on top to make it look like on a main photo - use black chocolate if you want milk/lactose free variant.

The ice cream is ready to serve, enjoy!
