Gluten Free Coconut Cookies
These gluten free coconut cookies will surely find a place in your heart. They are incredibly easy to make and are prepared almost as quickly as they are eaten. Additionally, they contain only 3 ingredients that are gluten-free, lactose, and dairy free.
Ingredients for 9 cookies:
1. To speed up the process, first of all preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
2. Separate the three egg whites from the yolks. Beat the egg whites with salt at high speed using a mixer or blender until foamy.
3. Add sugar. Beat until thickened and fluffy.
4. Add shredded coconut and mix until you get a coconut dough.
5. Take a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper.
6. Moisten your hands with water, take the coconut dough, and form the cookies.
7. Bake the cookies for 15-20 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
