Peach Chia Pudding

Chia pudding is already a classic in the world of healthy eating. There are many recipes for chia puddings with various toppings on the internet, but the most important for us is the absence of gluten and lactose. This recipe is adapted specifically for people with these intolerances. In our home kitchen, we don't use this recipe for breakfast as it lacks fiber. However, as a dessert after a main meal, it is perfect.

Preparation time: active process - 5 minutes, waiting time - 6-7 hours (chia swelling process)

Ingredients:

1. Pour the chia seeds into the container in which you plan to store it. Add 200 ml of plant-based milk. Place in the refrigerator for 6-7 hours, ideally overnight. During this time, the seeds will absorb the milk and form a pudding-like texture.

2. Add the chia pudding to the bottom of a serving dish, then add the soy yogurt on top.

3. Cut the peach into large pieces. Add it to the yogurt and chia.

Easy and ready!
