Gluten-Free and Lactose-Free Onion Pie
Autumn is the time for dishes that fill the home with delightful aromas and create a cozy atmosphere. And there’s nothing better for an autumn meal than a pie with juicy onion filling and a tempting bacon flavor. This pie is a favorite in our gluten-free kitchen, as we’ve specifically designed it for those who follow a gluten-free, lactose-free, and casein-free diet.
The recipe uses ready-made gluten-free puff pastry, which ensures speed and simplicity in preparation. However, we are actively working on creating our own puff pastry recipe, which will be even more perfect in texture and flavor. Once our experiments are complete, we will certainly share the recipe with you on our page so you can make it at home.
