Instructions:

1. Put a pot of water with a pinch of salt on the stove. In the meantime, wash the broccoli and divide it into florets. When the water boils, add the broccoli.

2. Cook for 4-5 minutes. Drain the excess water and pour cold water over the broccoli to preserve its bright color. Leave the broccoli in cold water for 5 minutes, then drain the water.

3. Blend the broccoli in a blender until smooth.

4. Add the egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and spices to the broccoli. Mix thoroughly until you have a uniform mixture.

5. Form patties of the desired shape, adding a piece of cheese in the center of each.

6. Heat a pan with oil and fry the patties on medium heat under a lid until golden brown.
