Broccoli Salad
This salad is a true find for those who appreciate healthy and, most importantly, delicious food! It is an excellent source of fiber, which is hard to find in gluten-free products. Additionally, this salad is lactose-free (we use lactose-free cheese), gluten-free, and low in histamine. Broccoli, the base of the salad, is presented in a new way, not just boiled. We make it at least once a week in our gluten-free kitchen. We're excited to share this recipe with you:

Instructions:
1. Put a pot of salted water on the stove. In the meantime, wash the broccoli and divide it into florets. Add the broccoli to the boiling water. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
2. Drain the water from the pot, add cold water to preserve the color of the broccoli. Let the broccoli cool.
3. Take the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
4. Drain the water from the broccoli. Add it to the sliced tomatoes.
5. Boil or grill the chicken fillet. To speed up the process, cut it in half lengthwise.
6. Add the cooled chicken to the tomatoes and broccoli.
7. Add the lactose-free cheese, a tablespoon of mustard, and 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise,salt then mix thoroughly.
